Registrations for spatial@gov 2012 are now open!
spatial@gov is the only geospatial conference and technical expo organised in conjunction with the peak organisations representing the public, private, research and professional sectors of the spatial community in Australia and New Zealand.
‘Place’ (or location) is the common enabling factor that connects most government services with its citizens. It provides a visual perspective that enhances understanding of seemingly complex issues. Governments are applying place-based services to many areas; including agriculture, broadband, population, defence, emergency services, education, health services, immigration, finance, infrastructure, regional development, aviation, natural resources, tourism, native title, land administration, weather services, natural disasters, and transport.
