NSW needs a Spatial Scientist

Looking for a greenchange? Then a move to Armidale, Albury, Dubbo, Grafton, Newcastle or Hurstville could be just the place. 

The NSW Office of Environment and Heritage is looking for an Assistant Scientist in Spatial Imagery. The core of the role will be contributing to native vegetation monitoring programs and projects by providing scientific/technical skills and undertaking procedures to deliver geo-processed remote sensed imagery and related spatial data. 

In applying for this position applicants will need to demonstrate the use of Remote Sensing or GIS software to analyse imagery and other spatial data to identify environmental impacts, and provide evidence of methodologies.
