We are two months into this study now, and are making good progress. We have established a reference group, who have endorsed the project plan and the Analysis Framework, which will be used to review Spatial Data Supply Chain initiatives in Australia and New Zealand.
The next step is our ‘information gathering phase’, in which we collect relevant information from identified supply chain projects, so that we can conduct the initial alignment analysis. At the moment, we have identified at least 40 projects that will be reviewed in August, using an online Survey.
If you have a Spatial Data Supply Chain project (running in Australia or New Zealand), that fits the model as defined in our Analysis Framework, please let us know (maurits.vandervlugt@mercuryps.com.au), so we can include it in our analysis.
