Commercialisation of CRCSI Intellectual Property (CIP)
Spatial Information Systems Research Limited - SISRL - has been established as the holder of CIP. It is responsible for the commercialisation of CIP, including marketing, seeking potential licensees and seeking other commercial applications. If SISRL intends to commercialise any CIP, it must advise each CRCSI participant in writing and each participant has a period in which to express a desire to commercialise or participate in the commercialisation of the Centre Intellectual Property. |

Scanalyse - the laser scanning expertise within projects 1.1 and 2.2 have produced technology that has been protected. The CRCSI is supporting the development and commercialisation. |

As well as CRCSI Essential Participants, all of the members of 43pl, the national SME consortium, can bid for commercialisation rights. If no participant desires to commercialise then SISRL can commercialise the CIP through other means. |
